Ibis Budget Madrid Vallecas

I almost considered leaving a good review, if only my room had a hair dryer and perhaps complimentary tea or coffee, but alas it did not. Can you believe they don't even have ice at reception? Absolutely shocking for such a 'budget' hotel. Definitely expected more, considering the prices. What a disappointment.

Attractive and ideal hotel and helpful service. Nice staff with good manners. Ideal and easy location, far away from the Metro station. Short walk to fast food outlets with mediocre menus and the motorways and the closest metro stations.

Beds were rock hard.

We were there for 3 days, everything was nice, thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good location just off metro or train, the nearest metro station and a supermarket and a gas station.

The room was clean and had decent basic amenities, expected for a budget place. I appreciated the access to nearby discount warehouse and Aldi for quick shopping needs .

The room I got faced the street, leading to noise issues from a nearby hostel where occupants congregated loudly late into the night. The toilet setup was awkwardly close to the bed and lacked a door lock. The absence of a kettle was felt, and the light situation in the toilet was ridiculous, requiring constant movement to stay illuminated.

Fast check-in, well-appointed and great-sized rooms with 3 beds. Easy location on taxis to city centre and easy access to a supermarket and commercial centers.

The staff was efficient and attentive, the accommodation was appealing and clean. The breakfast was excellent with really good coffee, we were pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel was easy and peaceful, that close to the city center.

Even though the room was basic, it was clean and I appreciated the friendly reception staff who helped me with my limited Spanish. Try to get supplies from the nearby discount warehouse if you need anything for your stay.

The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten jewellery. I highly recommend checking it out!

Clean room, friendly staff, with free Wi-Fi to stay connected during my one night visit, and located just 13 km from the nearest airport for convenient travel.

Perfect Pitstop for Road Trip

We stayed for 2 nights while driving through Spain with our dogs, and this place was a great find! The metro access was super convenient, taking us directly into the heart of Madrid in about 20 minutes. The hotel was clean and cute, and I appreciated the nearby supermarket and park for our pups. The room could have benefited from having a phone and better heating, a bit disappointing .

The hotel is well-maintained and features a large park nearby for dog walks, perfect for our family during a two-night stop in Madrid. Metro access was quick, and the area around the hotel provided convenient amenities like a supermarket and secure parking, which came in handy.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the good value breakfast options which really hit the spot. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations.

It would be great if there were more amenities like a phone in the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights after my previous trip to madrid, and it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro to explore the heart of the city, and the staff were super good. Everything wasvery comfy and tidy for a budget hotel.
